Not sure what your plan covers?
We encourage all patients to review their plan’s benefits and limitations before their visit so you know exactly what’s covered and what to expect.

Your insurance provider won't inform us what your coverage is, because we are not their customer. We can "Pre determine" what your coverage is for your visit, but we are unable to determine how much coverage you have per calendar year.

No insurance? No problem.
For patients without coverage, or those who’ve reached their insurance maximums, we offer a clear, private pay plan—just ask us for details on our fees and payment options.

Although we strive to keep this information current, insurance agreements do change from time to time without prior notification. We recommend verifying your current chiropractic, massage, or therapy coverage directly with your insurance provider before your appointment.
